Happy Raw Reny – raw food chef, health and fitness enthusiast
Reny is a professional graphical designer, blogger, photographer, author and fitness enthusiast. She was born in 1977, began her raw vegan journey in spring 2005 and been enjoying and living the raw vegan lifestyle for the last 10 years.
Reny is passionate about preparing tasty and pretty looking raw vegan food and supporting other people on their raw food journey. She is a co-author of an award-winning book “Simply Vibrant Recipes”, which is enjoyed by many people all over the world.
Reny has been working in The Whole Lifestyle retreat, giving raw food preparation, yoga and meditation classes since 2011. In 2014 Reny organized an online raw vegan support group and was successfully leading it for over a year. In 2015 she started creating and sharing monthly raw vegan menu planners with 112 different recipes each month. These menu planners are used and enjoyed by many people every single month.
